**Your responsibilities

First point of contact for the customer from the start of execution until acceptance
Preparation of offers, measurements, tenders, and contract awards
Leadership and motivation of colleagues on the construction site
Checking and documenting progress and quality of work based on calculated schedules and costs
Checking subcontractor invoices and preparing invoices for the customer
Ensuring optimal material supply for our construction sites

**You have

A degree in civil engineering or a master's degree (concrete builder/bricklayer) with relevant work experience
Enjoyment of a varied and independent job
The ability to think outside the box and find solutions to problems
The talent to keep an overview even in complex situations
First work experience in areas such as cost estimation,
