    About the Position

    Main-Land is seeking an experienced site civil engineer to fill a senior level project management and design position. A successful candidate will quickly take on project and client management, technical staff mentoring, and some business development.

    What do you need?

    · Maine Professional Registration – or ability to obtain registration within 6 months

    · 8 – 12 years of experience – management lead responsibility for site civil and development projects

    · Proficient in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, software-based project management, and other computer-based tools.

    · Regulatory permit process and public presentation experience

    · Construction administration and inspection field experience

    · Interpersonal skills and self-introspection

    · Positive and friendly attitude

    · Humility and willingness to learn and lead

    · Drive to grow and advance
