    Truelines client, a culture-focused engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer for a project engineer design role with its vibrant team in Falmouth, Maine. This is an opportunity to grow a career at one of Maines Best Places to Work (6 years and counting), where youll not only be able to work on large-scale private and public sector site civil engineering projects but also have room for growth and excellent work-life balance.

    As the Civil Project Engineer, You Will:

    • Mange private and public sector projects, including:
    • site civil engineering and development projects
    • land planning projects
    • water and wastewater utilities projects
    • road and infrastructure projects
    • Work closely with clients on all projects
    • Lead design for all projects
    • Attend planning board meetings as needed
    • Mentor junior staff

    Youll Succeed as the Civil Project Engineer If You:

    • Maine Professional Engineering Licensure (or ability to become licensed within 6 months)
    • 4+ years of experience as the design lead or project manager for site civil and development projects
    • Are proficient in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Word, and Excel
    • 2+ years of experience with regulatory permitting, construction administration, and site inspections
    • Are diligent and enthusiastic
    • Appreciate quality (and deliver it daily)
    • Welcome feedback and receive it humbly
    • Commit to mastering your craft and achieving your goals, whatever they may be
