Job Description

  • You will be responsible for the further development of accounting and treasury in Shackle Island, TN
  • You will lead a team of 20 employees and 2 team leaders, both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Your responsibilities include the preparation of individual and group financial statements, as well as liquidity planning and control
  • You will also coordinate the preparation of national tax balance sheets and tax returns
  • You will act as the main contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and internal stakeholders for accountingrelated matters
  • Additionally, you will prepare financing applications and negotiate with external lenders
  • You will also be involved in ensuring compliance with group policies and standards
  • Your role will also include defining and documenting transfer pricing
  • You will be responsible for the conception and management of the SAP S/4 rollout and corporate sustainability reporting
  • Lastly, you will lead projects related to group structure, such as opening, closing, and restructuring of subsidiaries

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional and leadership experience in corporate finance/treasury
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge of national financial statements according to HGB and national tax law
  • Strong understanding of processes and practical SAP knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, and a confident and assertive demeanor
  • Proactive, agile, and structured work style, with high selfmotivation and drive to make an impact
