Your responsibilities
As a Technical Consultant, you will gather the technical requirements of our clients and provide them with solution proposals.

You will be responsible for implementing and conceptualizing our ECM/DMS solution into the infrastructure of our public clients, as well as handling updates, migrations, and operations.

In collaboration with our software development department, you will conduct load and stability tests of our ECM/DMS product and assist in optimizing the hardware and software used.

As a Technical Consultant, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing complex infrastructures.
Your profile
You have completed a relevant vocational training or degree and have practical experience in application support.
You have knowledge of basic systems such as MS Windows Server or Unix systems (e.g. RedHat, Oracle), as well as overall IT infrastructure topics.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, or PostGre).
You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel for work three to five times a month.

You have excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and the ability to explain complex technical content in an understandable way.
