We are currently seeking a

Childcare Center Director (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time for our DRK-Kita Ramelsloh II.


YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed pedagogical training as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility and leadership skills
  • Organizational talent and initiative in completing tasks
  • Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
  • Passion for the job and a heart for children

YOUR TASKS:


  • Social, pedagogical, and organizational management
  • Holistic support, care, and guidance of the children entrusted to us in the facility
  • Personnel management and development
  • Close cooperation with the administration
