The Admin Program Support professional, under the supervision of the Office Manager, will be responsible for executing the administrative support function of the agency.
Job Responsibilities _
(to be completed in their entirety):_
Front Desk:
- Provide office and phone coverage
- Check client eligibility
- Correspond with clients for scheduling, cancelling, checking-in, discharging and any other events related to the program
- Maintain appointment schedule via agency policy
- Collect and report all client co-payments and self-payments as part of front desk duties
- Maintain confidentiality relating to all Medical Records information in collaboration with Privacy/HIPAA guidelines
- Intake new clients into agency programs and EHR system
- Complete discharges under the guidance of Clinical Director and agency policy
- Ensure general office area is neat and clean
- Assist in management of all client records
- Generate client records per submitted request
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Microsoft OS (Win 7, 8, 10)
- Basic knowledge of EHR systems
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work with all staff levels and be a team player
- Must pass CORI check
Education and Experience:
- High School education or GED required
- 23 years of experience in administrative assistant/front office position
