What You'll Do:

As the Head of Global Customer Success at SEON, you will lead and manage a global customer success team


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Customer Success outcomes concerning retention, optimization, and expansion strategy.
  • Deliver strategies to reduce churn, retain customers, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Define and optimize customer lifecycle.
  • Map out customer journeys, develop satisfaction and usage tracking, standardize each point in the journey, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Continually evolve the processes for tracking, overseeing, and organizing customer interactions.
  • Organize training programs for the Customer Success team in order to enhance skills and job knowledge.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations.
  • Recruit experienced talent for the team, attracting highpotential individual contributors.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle.

What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree with experience growing and scaling an externally facing team successfully (including setting attainable goals, measuring success appropriately, hiring, creating strategies, etc.) or equivalent industry experience, 57 years preferred.
  • Ability to influence client outcomes through persuasion, negotiation, coaching and consensus building.
  • Confident communication (written & oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of organizations.
  • Strong empathy for team and customers AND a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, and analytical skills in a fast paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks and tying this to a team goal.
