    Job Title: Chinese / English Bilingual Sales Associate in Asian Food Distribution

    Job Description:

    Our client, a Global company dedicated to enhancing the food industry for the well-being of the world, particularly in North America, aims to introduce the diverse flavors and health benefits of Asian cuisine to food service providers and retail establishments. As they embark on a new chapter in their century-long journey, they seek a Sales Associate to build and nurture relationships with customers in the sector.

    Job Purpose:

    • Travel to customer facilities to offer necessary support for maintaining and securing business.
    • Establish, maintain, and cultivate profitable relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
    • Sell Asian food products to customers within the territory.
    • Anticipate customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure high-quality customer service.
    • Communicate sales plans and manage resources effectively.
    • Provide feedback on new product opportunities to the company.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet sales goals.
    • Report field activities promptly for business planning.
    • Attend inventory counts and fulfill other assigned duties.
    • Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory.

    Requirements:

    • Chinese / English bilingual fluency required.
    • High School Degree / GED
    • 1-2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry preferred.
    • Knowledge of Asian food products and services.
    • Basic computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license.

    Preferred Skills:

    Prior experience in the restaurant or grocery sector is advantageous.

    Salary: Starting base pay of $43,100 with potential bonus incentives based on performance and client connections in Asian food sales. Salary range varies for specific states. Additional benefits included.
