Description

Duties:

Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping, and receiving.
Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
Coordinate with ecommerce platforms and thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and maintain equipment, including mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
Utilize AS400 or similar warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting.

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and warehouse operations effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse environment.

Note:
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Warehouse Supervisor may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the management. Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 3pm-11:30pm. Some overtime may be required.

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
