Completion of approved American College of Radiology: Radiologic Technologist Program
Must hold and maintain:
(1) AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT);(2) American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (CT ARRT); and (3) American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
