    My name is Cameron. I work with the nutrition department. I move around from phones to building to catering.

    I would say the center of my job is helping patients get their food, get their nutritional value and just making their day a lot better.

    I get to go in there and be like, how's your day? Like, do you like the food? Are you having a good stay human kindness to me would just be empathy and patience for another person.

    I see it in my colleagues. I see it in the nurse is upstairs. I, I see a lot of kindness everywhere and I think that's because everyone there is there to help. It's a family down there. Ok? Like we, we all joke with each other. We have a good time. We laugh but we also get our work done and we do it right.

    It's not an easy job by any means, but it's easy to like it's easy to love my job because all I'm doing is just helping people.

    Everything I do, even if it's very small to me, it's really big to someone else and it could make the difference
