    Position: SLP Back-Fill
    Work Setting: Onsite or Virtual (VOCO)
    Start Date: August 6, 2024
    End Date: May 23, 2025
    Hours: Full-time; 32 hours per week

    Position Summary:
    We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 24-25 school year in Greeley, CO. The ideal candidate will work with students from preschool to 12th grade, primarily elementary-aged, across multiple locations including Wiggins, Weldona, and New Raymer. This position involves supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and managing a caseload of approximately 75 students.

    Key Details:

    • Caseload: Primarily elementary-aged students
    • Location: Wiggins, Weldona, and New Raymer
    • Preference: Onsite work preferred, but open to teletherapy

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Provide direct therapy services to students
    • Supervise and support SLPA as needed
    • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Current license in Speech-Language Pathology in Colorado
    • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
    • Experience working with pediatric populations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
