Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team.

As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floor surfaces in commercial settings.

This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and their customers.

Duties:

Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing floors
Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and tools to achieve highquality results
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Conduct carpet cleaning and spot removal as needed
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary
Collaborate with custodial team members to ensure efficient operations
Adhere to all environmental services guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in floor care, buffing, and commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of different floor surfaces and appropriate cleaning methods
Ability to operate floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed

Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
From $17.80 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 15 per week
