Job Summary:
Duties:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and profitability.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Partner with Department leads to ensure staffing, inventory, and tools to succeed are available.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management.
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Exceptional communication skills required.
Pay:
$70, $88,000.00 per year
