Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and detailed construction of vehicle components in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and mobile machinery sector
  • Management of components and assemblies, considering tool and material-specific design
  • Verification of spatial situations regarding space constraints and ease of assembly for individual components
  • Clarification of technical questions related to development with our development partners and suppliers
  • Creation of drawings and construction bills of materials
  • Presentation of results in project reviews

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or a completed technician training
  • Knowledge of CAD systems such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or Pro E
  • Experience in the design of sheet metal, deep-drawn, or forged parts, as well as the creation of complex welding assemblies
  • High level of flexibility, initiative, and teamwork, as well as communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
