- Leads clinical placement process through the MOKAN system.
- Seeks out and evaluates new placement sites.
- Creates Practicum schedules.
- Recruits clinical adjunct faculty.
- Arranges student and faculty orientation to clinical sites.
- Visits clinical sites to ensure good student and faculty experiences.
- Represents Avila in the MOKAN organization.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience; recent experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current undisciplined nursing license in Kansas and Missouri (or multistate) required.
- Clinical teaching experience preferred.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- AHA BLS instructor certification preferred
- Multilingual skills highly preferred.
