    ‍ RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) Position Available

    • Salary Estimate: $ $47.64 per hour (Depends on experience)
    • Shift Differential: $4.00/Hr. for Nights & Weekends
    • Location: Kansas City, MO

    Overview: Join our team as an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator specializing in charge nursing. We have openings in various units, including Med-Surg, Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology, with day, night, and weekend shifts available.

    Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality patient care and coordinates all functions during the shift. Collaborate with the management team, monitor nursing care, and support an exceptional patient experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
    • Participate in assessing the quality of patient care.
    • ‍ Collaborate with experts and managers for improved outcomes.
    • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
    • Recommend and implement training and development strategies.
    • Manage staff scheduling and ensure inventory control.

    Qualifications:

    • Two (2) years of clinical practice and leadership experience required.
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
    • Current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
    • Active BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
    • Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
