Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Backroom Associate to join our team. The Backroom Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the organization of the backroom area.


Duties:


  • Receive and unload merchandise from trucks
  • Sort and organize inventory in the backroom
  • Utilize RF scanner to track inventory movements
  • Package items for shipment or storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the backroom area
  • Operate pallet jacks to move merchandise
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory status
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records of inventory levels
  • Operate cash register for backroom transactions
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, shipping/receiving, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Experience operating pallet jacks is a plus
