Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the branch manager in all aspects of leading, organizing, and motivating a team of 2040 employees.
  • This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes, as well as working handson in the branch.
  • You will handle scheduling and inventory management, and act as the branch manager in their absence.
  • Together with your team, you will ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with some leadership experience in a similarly responsible position.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Decisiveness and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Your benefits:

  • Aboveaverage salary of 3,240 4,009 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.
  • Permanent contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
