- Thoroughly performing cleaning tasks in assigned areas, which includes scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Following established procedures for the disposal of trash, biohazardous materials, and recycling.
- Safely managing cleaning chemicals, ensuring they are properly used, stored, and disposed.
- Providing deep cleaning of patient rooms, surgical areas, public spaces, offices, and restrooms.
- Assisting with inventory control of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Responding promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance from staff, patients, and visitors.
- Complying with all regulations regarding sanitation and infection control.
- Performing additional duties or projects as assigned by the EVS Manager.
