    Diamondback Mechanical Group is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to lead our San Antonio, TX team. This vital installation position works a 7:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule and earns $20.00+/hour DOE, plus $5 while on change-outs, and spiffs on accessory sales We also provide excellent benefits including yearly bonuses, 90-day reviews, health insurance, a company phone, and tablet Can you effectively lead our installation crew through installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems?     LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2 years of installation experience
    • Obtain your own power tools and hand tools
    • A current valid driver's license
    • EPA type 2 or universal certificate
    • TDLR certificate
