Become our expert in customer service helpdesk (m/f/d) at our location in Weiden in der Oberpfalz, starting immediately and in full-time employment.

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

You are the first point of contact for all service-related customer inquiries that come to us through various communication channels.

You analyze errors related to mechatronic malfunctions in the entire product portfolio. You support the technical support of service technicians and service sales.

You prepare the technical aspects of service assignments as well as repair and conversion offers in terms of material requirements and duration of use.

You pass on complaints to the other support teams and monitor their follow-up measures. Occasional service assignments at the customer's site and temporary on
