    Responsibilities

    Client Support: Assist sales team with client inquiries, policy updates, and account management.

    Onboarding Processes: Manage new client onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service.

    Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and documentation for efficient operations.

    Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing their needs effectively and professionally.

    Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

    Process Improvements: Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to streamlining operations.
