    As a CoStar Technical Manager on the Platform Development team you will play a key role in expanding the data platform that supports all of CoStar Group's largest brands including, Homes.

    You will deeply understand what drives the business for which you are building software.

    C. and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

    Lead an Agile software development team (approximately 5-7 people); Lead Scrum ceremonies; Promote can-do attitude, engineering mindset and collaboration as fundamental team values.

    Influence web application architecture and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
    Drive continuous improvement by focusing on engineering excellence
    Translate business requirements into technical requirements, develop project plan and work schedules for use by scrum development team
    Successfully implement software development projects to specification and within scheduled timelines and budget parameters
    Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Agile teams to deliver large initiatives; Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practices
    Adopt an owner-operator mindset and demonstrate full ownership of the product and technical platforms.
    Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
    ~ 3+ years' experience in modern web and database technologies
    ~3+ years' experience building large distributed, API-driven systems
    ~3+ years of experience leading Agile Team(s)
    ~ C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
    ~ Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management)
    ~ Excellent team building, negotiation and consensus building abilities
    ~ Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams

    Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React and Vue is desired.
    Experience with the AWS platform
    Experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB or ElasticSearch
    Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server)
    Commercial Real Estate (CRE) knowledge is a bonus
