SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Employee to perform storeroom activities such as tracking and maintaining inventory, shipping, receiving, disbursements and identification of parts and supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Must be able to enter information into the SAP, EWM inventory Systems
Monitor and create reservations from walkin customers
Perform all clerical functions related to the performance of these duties
Perform duties as assigned
Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines as assigned
Handle logging and reporting of all disbursements received through material control, answer phones, create and maintain files

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess valid driver's license in order to pick up and deliver parts and supplies
Qualify for a CMV(Commercial Motor Vehicle) Endorsement within 30 days of hire
Obtain DOT Hazmat certification and Environmental Training certification
Pass the forklift driver certification
Operate material handling equipment
Capable of lifting 50 lbs
Conform to The Code of Ethics and Standards for Behavior

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference of two years of storeroom experience

TRAINING INFORMATION:

Training will be required between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00pm, Monday-Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as relief days, for the first 30 days

COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILL:

Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills
