Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.


Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are looking for you to join our 2.5-year apprenticeship program as a Traffic Service Clerk at the Chemnitz train station (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG.

The vocational school is located in Schkeuditz. Travel and necessary accommodation costs will be covered by us as the employer.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:
Your workplace will be the main train station in Chemnitz

You will gain knowledge about travel offers, service and safety measures

You will learn important basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management

You will assist mobility-impaired travelers with boarding and disembarking

You will learn how to use modern communication and sales systems

You will be responsible for managing the lost and found office


Your profile:
You have already completed or will soon complete your secondary school education

You have an interest in foreign languages

Customer and service orientation are important to you

You can remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations

You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
