•Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the modular and light commercial construction industries.
o Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to develop strategies for differentiation and competitive advantage.
•Business Development:
o Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the modular and light commercial construction sector, including builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
o Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
•Sales and Account Management:
o Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of window solutions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
o Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive account management and cross-selling initiatives.
•Marketing and Promotion:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral tailored to the industry.
o Represent WinTech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network within the modular and light commercial construction community.
•Reporting and Performance Analysis:
o Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
o Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
•Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the
construction or building materials industry.
•Strong understanding of the modular construction and metal building industries and their unique challenges and
opportunities.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
•Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
