Project Manager for Digitalization

Full-time (part-time possible) - up to EG 13 TV-L - permanent

Compensation Pay grade 13 TV-L

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in leading IT or organizational projects, who is able to strategically develop digitalization at the University of Applied Sciences Kiel in the coming years, at the interface between the presidency, IT management, the various organizational units of the university, and external partners. Key areas of focus include the ongoing implementation of a digital campus management system and modernization of administration processes.

Your responsibilities:

Independent management of digitalization projects in coordination with the presidency, including budget responsibility
Project coordination and coordination with internal and external stakeholders;
Representation of the university towards external contractors

Your profile:

You have a relevant university degree in social sciences (preferably business) or engineering (preferably computer science).
You have extensive project management knowledge.
You can demonstrate extensive knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRIN
