Job DescriptionAccounts Payable Specialist (Temp to Hire)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Salary: $25 per hour
Industry: Transportation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire position in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Accurately process vendor invoices using the 2/3 way match method to verify correct pricing and quantities.
Payment Runs: Conduct weekly check runs, ensuring all payments are processed in a timely manner and according to company policies.
Vendor Communication: Maintain strong follow-up with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, and required documentation.
Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable transactions and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and address any arising issues.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
