    **Functieomschrijving**
    Als Branch Manager kom je terecht in een gemotiveerd team en rapporteert aan de Manager Sales, Engineering & Projects.
    Binnen de afdeling ben je als teamspeler verantwoordelijk voor het verkopen van automatisatie oplossingen en projecten bij klanten. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke Application Engineer collegas.
    Je team respecteert je omwille van je organisatorische skills. Naast je ervaring in de verkoop heb je een gedegen kennis van elektrische aandrijvingen en besturingen en state of the art automatisatie oplossingen.
    Je inzicht in het hedendaagse automatisatie ecosysteem alsook je kennis van de automatisatiemarkt in BE en LU dragen bij tot je succes als verkoper.
    Bij specifieke projecten kan het sporadisch presteren van overuren nodig zijn. Je dient steeds op de hoogte te blijven van de laatste technieken en je zal regelmatig technische, veiligheids- en kwaliteitstrainingen dienen te volgen (interne- en webtrainingen alsook trainingen in Duitsland)
    **Functie-eisen**
    * Bachelor of Master elektromechanica of electrotechniek.
    * Kennis van automatisering is een must, kennis van mechatronica is een plus.
    * Je hebt min 10 jaar ervaring in een externe sales functie in automatisatie en bent een geboren verkoper
    * Je beschikt over goede verbale en schriftelijke communicatie skills.
    * Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en je Frans, Engels en Duits is goed.
    * Je kunt vlot overweg met Word, Outlook en internet. SAP/CRM is een plus.
    * Je bent zowel technisch als administratief zeer stipt.
    * Je functioneert zeer goed in een team maar bent ook zelfstandig.
    * Je bent klantgericht, meedenkend en probleemoplossend.
    * Je bent flexibel en dynamisch maar respecteert op elk moment de gemaakte afspraken en voorgeschreven regels.
