    The Opportunity:

    Are you ready to make a real impact at Forge? Join our Global IT Operations team as a Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing and optimizing our systems and infrastructure. We are looking for a candidate with over seven years of IT Operations experience, particularly in managing Network Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, MDM, and Slack. Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills are a must.     The Forge IT Operations team is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining our corporate infrastructure to ensure a secure and dependable IT ecosystem and SaaS services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the administration and maintenance of crucial systems like Entra ID/Intune, Automox, and Slack, while providing support for other key systems including Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, and more
    • Architect IT Operations systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements
    • Handle daily operational tasks, resolve incidents, deploy upgrades, and maintain network devices
    • Monitor system performance, ensure reliability, and provide support for issue resolution
    • Adhere to change management policies for infrastructure modifications
    Desired Qualifications:
    • 7+ years in IT Operations and 5+ years in a Systems Engineer/Administrator role
    • Advanced knowledge of key technologies such as Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and Microsoft 365
    • Deep understanding of networking protocols and services
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills and ITIL framework knowledge
    • Experience with APIs, automation, and scripting
    • Advanced expertise in macOS and Windows end-user systems

    For candidates in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA or New York, NY, the annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 + annual bonus. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
