We are currently seeking a modern business-minded Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) for a dynamic trading company specializing in sports nutrition and supplements, located in the heart of Hamburg, on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing all incoming transactions in accounts receivable accounting
  • Posting bank statements and reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Checking VAT identification numbers and maintaining customer master data
  • Creating manual invoices and credit notes, as well as managing SEPA direct debit mandates
  • Managing the dunning process
  • Overseeing the debt collection process in collaboration with our service provider

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in working with an ERP system and common MS Office programs
  • Independent and structured work style with analytical thinking skills
  • Team player with a strong sense of quality
