Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in internal databases and systems.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with team members to clarify any data discrepancies or uncertainties.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Conduct data quality checks and identify and report any errors or issues.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations by providing accurate and timely data.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices for collecting and managing data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
