Your mission:

Join our team in East Lansing, MI as one of our first commercial hires and potentially advance to the level of Co-Founder/COO

  • Work closely with the CEO and have a significant impact on shaping the company's trajectory from the very beginning
  • Manage daytoday operations, including strategic projects related to product, sales, finance, and hiring
  • Help turn our strategy into action by setting goals and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas of the business

Your profile:


  • At least 2 years of experience in fastpaced environments, such as highgrowth startups, toptier strategy consulting, or venture capital
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Proactive and driven to get things done
  • Passion for music and entertainment
