- Support & installation of PC hardware components, desktop operating system software & applications (MS Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Visio, etc.)
- Troubleshooting various issues related to printers, computers, network, telephone (analog & VOIP) & audio-visual equipment
- Network maintenance & troubleshooting
- Update & maintain detailed inventory
- Create, update & maintain detailed audio / video instructions
- Support events team with technical needs during events (IT / AV needs)
- Monitoring support requests
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 Years)
- Ability to work Nights , Weekends and Holidays
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Experience with Property Management Systems
- Experience with Point of Sale software
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
- Certification: CompTIA A+
