Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential transactions, including reviewing financial statements, historical performance, and industry trends.
  • Analyze financial data to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities associated with the transaction.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to assess the potential impact of the transaction on the client's financial performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal, tax, and operational experts, to provide comprehensive transaction support to clients.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of transaction strategies and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
  • Experience conducting financial due diligence and evaluating transaction risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
