Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential transactions, including reviewing financial statements, historical performance, and industry trends.
- Analyze financial data to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities associated with the transaction.
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to assess the potential impact of the transaction on the client's financial performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal, tax, and operational experts, to provide comprehensive transaction support to clients.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of transaction strategies and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
- Experience conducting financial due diligence and evaluating transaction risks and opportunities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
