Job Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Explain the menu items to customers
  • Create a variety of espressobased drinks, from basic to more complex
  • Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
  • Maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
