Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our ML team and contribute to the development of effective toolings towards the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, improve existing systems, and drive our mission forward.

In this role, you will:

As part of the Machine Learning team, you will have the opportunity to reimagine and build the next-generation personalization that enables brands and retailers to understand the cognitive attributes of customers online and the 'why' behind 'what they do' in their journey by pushing the boundaries of our ML systems and algorithms.

Full Stack Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, , JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RDBMS, NoSQL and Python. This would incorporate standard engineering processes and practices such as CI/CD, IaC, authN/authZ, monitoring/logging, and cost control.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Domain team, Product team and ML scientists to understand their needs and translate them into effective software solutions.

This would be mostly in the form of tooling with UI aspects to perform various business functions.

UI/UX Optimization:
Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a smooth user experience.

Library and Tool Development:
Build and maintain libraries and tools that enable streamlined ML development, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure they meet high-quality standards.

Documentation:
Document code, APIs, and processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

What we consider critical for this role:

10+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in React, , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Exposure to Python based library development
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a startup environment or agile development.
