- Uncover business needs and understand what outcomes and/or team member behaviors need to be changed.
- Bring strategy to life by collaborating with the Talent Management team and/or vendors to design and develop complete in the low of work learning and leadership experiences.
- Lead a team of learning and leadership professionals to see strategy through to execution and implementation.
- Consistently measure the progress of learning and leadership initiatives and communicate the results through a lens of continuous improvement
- Partner with the Talent Management team business leaders to integrate a skills-based learning and development strategy into everyday work to create a co-ownership of talent development within the business.
- Understand the end user to leverage technology in the best possible way to create a clear story and frictionless experience for the team member
- Develop a future forward strategy to integrate AI and mobile capabilities into our learning and leadership strategy to continue meeting the evolving needs of the business.
- Ability to develop a strategic vision with clear outcomes and translate that strategy to action
- Ability to work both with the business and cross functionally across HR

The Learning and Leadership Experience Senior Manager will be responsible for consulting with senior leaders within both Field Operations and the Talent Management team to proactively identify the learning and leadership needs to drive the desired outcomes of the business. This individual will be responsible for creating learning and leadership strategies to support our Field leaders and team members, and leading their own team to oversee the execution of these strategies.
