- Lead the functional characterization of bioconjugates
- Drive drug discovery projects and introduce novel treatment targets
- Establish in-house capacities to assess target expressions in cells and tissues
- Develop robust in-house capabilities for high-throughput in vitro experiments and payload characterization
- Coordinate in vivo studies at CROs, manage GLP toxicity evaluations, and contribute to clinical study planning
- Support the preparation of documentation for IND filings
- Engage in project teams to shape the innovative product portfolio
- Provide guidance to company leadership and actively contribute to leadership meetings
- Supervise, guide, and cultivate staff to ensure efficient execution of project plans
- Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology, or relevant discipline, or a B.S./M.S. with extensive experience
- 6+ years in research or development, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in leading drug discovery projects, including IND submissions
- Hands-on experience in designing and conducting in vitro/in vivo studies with targeted therapies
- Solid background in cancer biology, including CRO experiment management
- Proficiency in utilizing bioinformatic tools for target validation
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing lab personnel and project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in IHC and/or proteomics
