    Head Of Learning and Development

    The Role

    The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy to meet short- and long-term business objectives of the organization. This role will oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our global workforce.

    Here's What You'll Do
    • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs (e.g., new manager training, leadership development) across various modes, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual classroom training.
    • Develop and manage new hire and manager onboarding programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful.
    • Build sustainable learning and development programs, offerings and processes by balancing simplicity and scalability within a global environment.
    • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR business partner teams, ensuring that learning programs support the development of desired skills and competencies.
    • Integrate leadership and management development programs within the broader talent management strategy (e.g., succession planning) to support future-focused capability building.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support program design and delivery, ensuring high-quality content and delivery standards.
    • Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance program impact.
    • Oversee the management and operational strategy for our learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to facilitate content development, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
    • Stay abreast of trends, research, and innovations in learning and development, integrating best practices in learning and development strategy/roadmap.
    • Lead a team of learning professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their professional development and ensure the effective execution of HR Initiatives.
    Qualifications

    Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 10+ years of progressive global experience in learning and development.
    Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
    • Strong understanding and experience in designing, building and implementing scalable learning and leadership development solutions across wide range of learning modalities.
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate diverse talent and development needs into prioritized roadmaps and effective learning solutions.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
    • Practical knowledge of learning operations, including portfolio execution, vendor management, learning technologies, and learning evaluation.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS and LxP).
