- You will organize document management and ensure smooth workflow, welcome and assist visitors at our Kriftel location, and support the HR team with administrative tasks such as employee data management and training organization
- You will conduct research on various topics to support the team in decision-making and projects
What should you bring?
- You have completed training in office management or a comparable qualification
- You possess organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues
- You have time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- You are proficient in MS Office applications and other office software
- You are a team player and willing to work flexibly when needed
