The Process Integration Engineer is to provide the support needed to design, develop, and coordinate the integration of MII, SAP and Process Data into the organization.
External US:
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Work as the line of communication between Operations and Engineering Managers, process engineers and IT to prioritize and give timelines for MII projects.
Work with process engineers, MFG management and SAP planning to standardize the individual needs of all product groups into one or like-in-kind interfaces for the operators.
Work with Process/Quality Assurance/ and Quality control to design and implement MII reports needed for upper management and the customer, i.e., KPI dashboards.
Working directly with the Senior MII programmers to show them exactly what needs to be done and what checks need to be in-place.
Work in MII Deva to design a strong scope of work for larger mii projects. Work with the support of senior MII programmers to implements these larger projects.REQUIREMENTS
BS in Chemical Engineering or similar
3 to 5 years of previous experience required.
Demonstrated strong project management skills critical.
Demonstrated innovative thinking and scientific/engineering approach to solve product development problems.
Excellent communication, people and leadership skills and experience in diversity.
Customer interaction experience required.
Strong computer skills for MII, Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel; JMP or other statistical software packages, and LIMS systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills such as structured problem solving, design of experiments, and other Six Sigma techniques.
Strong SPC knowledge with experience in calculating control limits and analyzing data populations
Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed to support continuous improvement initiatives, customer support, audit needs or similar.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
