We are looking for
an
Accounts Receivable Accountant for our client (manufacturing industry) in the greater
Ravensburg area.


Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • First professional experience in financial accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English

Your tasks:


  • Accurate recording of business transactions of group companies according to German GAAP
  • Clarification and correction of discrepancies through reconciliation post management in collaboration with internal departments
  • Independent preparation and execution of electronic payments for monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Validation of incoming and outgoing payments and creation of treasury forecasts
  • Ensuring the posting of bank statements and monitoring of payment and cash clearing accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting requirements and guidelines
  • Control and maintenance of master data in the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger
  • Participation in various projects and special tasks in the finance department to improve processes
