Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on services through our online program
- Recognize and communicate market trends and seasonality that affect freight and transportation
- Identify data trends to maximize our client's business potential
- Process and problem solve client or technical issues
- Maintain professional and industry knowledge
- Develop client relationships and contacts at all levels
Job qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in client implementation and or customer service
Transportation experience required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem solving and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Skill to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
