The Facilities Maintenance Technician role at Cyclonaire involves efficiently handling repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks for our facilities, equipment, and machinery. The ideal candidate will work independently or collaboratively, prioritize safety, and ensure a clean work environment.
Competencies: The ideal candidate should have experience in building maintenance, repair work, or similar fields. Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and good communication skills are essential. Physical stamina and problem-solving abilities are key.
Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; training in maintenance preferred.
Physical Demands: Requires physical strength and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
Work Environment: Clean, climate-controlled office environment within a manufacturing facility.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to local companies may be necessary.
Safety: Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE as required in designated areas.
Other Duties: Safe work performance, compliance with safety manuals and cyclonaire core values are paramount.
Compensation details: Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $28
