    Onsite Tues/Thurs == Hybrid role

    Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm (PT).

    Focus is to move key functionality from SAP ECC (current system) to salesforce cloud system. The reason for this project is as the old system is 24+ years old and out of support shortly. There's a need to improve data quality & compliance, customer service, recom management, scalability and enhance reporting. The project is currently in development of integrations from SAP to salesforce and development on salesforce end. This is a very complex project with 10+ functions and supporting multiple people.

    Implementing new technology for depot and recom team. It is Change management specific to the service team. Transformational project. Using SAP BCC for 20+ years. Now changing to the Salesforce cloud system.

    Must Have Skills

    Need a strong change management consultant with experience to develop and execute the change management strategy.
    Change manager will work closely with training partners.
    Need to have great communication skills to work with leadership and with teams at all levels.
    Assess impact of all the changes. Work closely with quality and make sure documents are updated and people are trained.
    This is a regulated environment as the products are infusion pumps used on patients. Should have experience from a regulated environment.
    Make sure all the candidates are trained and ready for the transition.
    Should have experience with change management deliverables.
    Ideal candidates have experience in rolling out cloud solutions for business units.
    Should have the ability to engage with training and quality teams. Work closely with the technology team.
    Should have experience with salesforce service and cloud.
    Medical device experience and hospitals experience with service is very good.
    Project management experience with change management experience is ideal.
    Project management is a key component for the role.
    Previous training experience is a plus.

    Education & Experience

    Should have a BS degree. AS would also be considered if the candidates have good experience and communication.
    At least 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.

    Interviews

    First interview with 2 managers & HM followed by another interview with the HM's director.
