We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for health insurance and sales to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify and target healthcare providers, and clients, to promote Z Health Insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within the health insurance industry to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Conduct product presentations: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of Z Health Insurance products to healthcare professionals, highlighting how our solutions can meet their needs and improve client outcomes.
- Provide education and training: Offer training sessions, seminars, and educational materials to clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and how to effectively utilize them.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts, address customer needs, and optimize the customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of changes and developments in the health insurance industry, including regulatory updates, market trends, and competitor activities, to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track and report sales performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using our CRM system, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven track record of success in medical sales or a related field, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Pay:
$125, $175,000.00 per year
