Within 18 months, you will gain insights into various department rotations, preparing you for your future role as a leader.

There is no application deadline for this position. It will remain open until filled.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Over the course of 18 months, rotate through the diverse departments of a BAUHAUS specialty store and bring new perspectives
  • Learn about the various departments and daily operations in sales, receiving, and at the cash register from different perspectives
  • Assist the store management with various tasks such as personnel management and marketing
  • Support in market analysis and evaluation of operational key figures, gradually expanding your analytical skills
  • Gain new perspectives during the trainee program through firsthand experience in store management, preparing you for future leadership roles

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a degree in business administration
